Steamboat Springs, CO EPSC Winter Carnival 2025

January 25 – February 1, 2025

Winter is the perfect time to experience the spirit of Steamboat. Our rich history as a ranching town permeates our present as you feel the warmth of a genuine western welcome to a community happy to share their love of Steamboat. Ease into bluebird days and glistening snowcapped peaks that will pique your sense of adventure and curiosity. Or spend your days exploring the mountain range atop a trusty quarter horse or a speeding snowmobile. Stroll down Main Street and refuel with a hearty meal at one of our various restaurants, relax in the healing waters of the mineral hot springs, then snuggle down in the warmth of your lodge as Champagne Powder® snow primes the peaks for another unforgettable day in Steamboat.

Trip Overview

  • Roundtrip air transportation from Philadelphia to Hayden including current taxes *
  • Roundtrip airport transfers Hayden to Lodging
  • 7 nights lodging at Ranch at Steamboat Condos including all taxes and baggage handling
  • Choice of 2 bedroom (sleeps 4) and 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) Condos

  • Themed Gala Dinner Event
  • Ability to purchase IKON pass linked to the trip; IKON passholders can deduct $590 from package price
  • Anyone who purchases an IKON Full pass will receive a $50 land reduction on the trip
  • Anyone who purchases an IKON Base or Base + Pass will receive a $40 land reduction on the trip
  • Lift ticket for 5 out of 6 days (additional day can be purchased for an additional fee TBD)

NPSC Only has 42 spots available for this trip! Sign-ups for the trip will be available to NPSC members in good standing as of 3/10/2024 through 3/21/2024.  As of 3/22/2024, sign up is available to all members in good standing of any EPSC Club.

How many people can each person sign up?

  1. Family membership people can sign-up maximum four total.Two within the family, plus two additional members
  2. Individual membership people can sign-up maximum three total: One (self), plus two additional members.

 

 

Required Documents for Sign-up:

  • Check for $550 payable to NPSC for each participant.
  • Completed and signed Trip Application Form for each participant
  • Photocopy of driver’s license or passport each participant intends to use for air travel
