Aspen Snowmass encompasses four ski areas: Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands & Buttermilk and two elevated communities: Aspen and Snowmass. Trip Overview

• Roundtrip air transportation from Philadelphia to Denver including current taxes *

• Roundtrip airport transfers Denver to Snowmass Village

• True Ski-In, Ski-Out Lodging at the Top of the Village for 7 nights including all taxes and baggage handling 2 bedroom, 2 bath AND 3 bedroom, 3 bath Condo Units available

• Lift Tickets: 5 out of 10-day lift ticket valid at Snowmass, Aspen, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk with guided on mountain tours for EPSC first ski morning

• Welcome Party (either Saturday or Sunday evening) with cash bar

• Free Race Gate Practice Runs – Monday (day before race)

• On mountain Carnival NASTAR race Tuesday

• On mountain BBQ on race day

Payment Schedule

$500 deposit due ASAP to hold your space.

Second payment of $800 due by September 12, 2022

Third payment of $800 due by October 13, 2022.

Final payment/remaining balance due by December 1, 2022.

ANY LATE PAYMENT MAY BE ASSESSED A $5.00 LATE FEE

All deposits must be paid by a check made out to “NPSC” and submitted to Dave Schoneker either by mail or at a club meeting. Laura Miller can also accept checks at club meetings if Dave is not present.

NPSC Only has 30 spots available for this trip! Sign-ups for the trip will begin on March 10^th, 2022, at the NPSC Ski Club Meeting held at the Red Cedar Inn on Rt. 309 in Montgomeryville. Spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to changing conditions at ski resorts, it is necessary to hold sign-ups earlier than in the past!

A sign-up deposit of $500will be required to hold your spot on this trip and must be paid at the time of signing up for the trip. All checks should be made out to NPSC.

Sign-ups will be available to NPSC Members only for the first month. After that we will open up to other EPSC Clubs. So, when the opening of Sign-ups is announced plan to jump on it right away, if you are planning on going. We have only 30 spots and it is expected we will not be able to add more condos.
