EPSC 2022 Telluride Carnival Schedule        Event Schedule from EPSC                       

1. Fly from Philadelphia to Montrose Colorado-  through Dallas.
2. 1.45-hour bus ride to Telluride through the scenic San Juan Mountains byway. This area is known as the little Alps of the USA. (Ouray, Colorado)
3. Arrive at lodging: Ski in and ski out with easy access to the Telluride free Gondola that goes between the mountain, where all the events take place, and town.
   1. Upscale- Mountain Lodge at Telluride- this is on the mountain. 2-bedroom suites available. The master bedroom is a king bed. The loft bedroom is split king and can be made into 2 beds. Both rooms have their own full bathroom and TV. Great for singles or couples. Some other lodging options available (i.e., 2-bedroom condo with a king bedroom and a Queen bedroom, single condo unit, etc. 
   2. This lodge has a restaurant, bar, pool, and hot tub on premise. It is also very near a market. 
   3. The price is $2,245 per person quad occupancy including airfare. (Additionally- single condo unit 2 sharing is $2595 each including airfare - only one unit available).

5. The mountain is 60 % beginner / intermediate and 40% advanced.
6. Some covered events:
   1. Grab & Go breakfast on mountain first day and tour. 
   2. Welcome party Sunday evening- mountain area.
   3. Pub Crawl-Details TBD
   4. Tuesday- Free race and BBQ, beer party after race on the mountain
   5. Themed dinner Wed pm- This is the scheduled day off. Mountain area
   6. Farewell party Thurs pm- mountain area.
7. Cost includes taxes and gratuities to events, but not cash bar or housekeeping tips.
8. Ski Lift Tickets- Skiers, don’t forget to include Ski Lift Ticket option during registration or you will NOT receive discounted tickets when we get to the mountain! Ski Lift Ticket is $350 for 5 of 10 days skiing, or $275 for 4 of 6 days skiing. A 6^th day of skiing will cost an additional $85. Skiers age 80+ ski FREE (ID Required). EPIC Pass holders do not need to purchase Lift Tickets through us.
9. You can forgo airfare cost if you are using miles to buy tickets but we discourage it since we prefer you stay with the group.
10. Consider getting Travel Insurance through JP Tours. Go to their website, select the services tab at the top and scroll all the way down to the bottom  and click on the Travel Insured logo for quotes and additional details.
11.
