Elk / Montage Mountain (Feb 2022) -- CANCELED


Day 1

  • Drive up yourself, carpool with other members
  • Drive up to Elk Mountain (2.5 hour drive) plan to arrive around 9:00AM 
  • Ski the day we travel there. Lift ticket included.
  • Lunch at Mountain- members to purchase their own meals.
  • Drive to lodging- Hampton Inn $62/person per night double occupancy (tax included)
  •  We have 10 rooms with 2 double beds
    • Sign up for sleeping arrangements here.
  • Dinner- Self organize into groups. Members to purchase their own meals.

Day 2

  • Breakfast at hotel or surrounding restaurants        
  • Ski second day at Elk finish at ~3:30
  • Lunch- Members to purchase their own lunch
  • Dinner- Self organize into groups. Members to purchase their own meals.
  • Stay overnight- Hampton Inn $62/person per night
Day 3
  • Breakfast at hotel or surrounding restaurants        
  • Ski third day at Montage finish at ~3:30
  • Lunch- Members to purchase their own lunch
  • Drive home yourself, carpool with other members
Projected price for lift tickets is $183.20 (Day 1,2 at Elk, Day 3 at Montage), plus $62/person per night ($124/room with 2 double beds per night) 
Lift tickets for 70+ skiers is $135 (Day 1,2 Elk, Day 3 Montage)
Total trip price is $307.20/person, $259/person for 70+
Payments due by Dec 23, 2021. Cut off date is Jan 6, 2022 for cancellations.

Prices quoted are best estimates, and will be updated as the ski area(s) announce their 2022 prices and we are certain of any additional discounts based on the size of the group.
If you are not staying overnight and plan to drive up and back in one day you can purchase a lift ticket for either Fri or Sat or Sun.
Event will be open for registration the day of the November meeting.
Cancellation Policy:
Some restrictions and penalties apply If
you cancel your reservations YOUR
RIGHT TO A REFUND IS LIMITED All
cancellations musts be in writing (or
email) and sent to the Trip Leader.
Date of postmark will determine
applicable policy.
All cancellations are subject to a $50
per person admin fee up to September
1st. Special cancellation circumstances
will be reviewed by the NPSC board.
All cancellations received September
1st to January 1st are subject to a $100
per person admin fee PLUS any
unrecoverable funds.
All cancellations received after
January 1st: NO refunds unless
substitution can be found. Admin fee
applies even if substitute is found.
Special cancellation circumstances will
be reviewed by the NPSC board.
No refunds for early departure or late
arrival. No shows No refund. No
partial refunds will be made on unused
portions of the trip package.
Refunds will be made as soon as they
are received from vendors (typically after
the trip takes place).
